Michael King Kickstart workshop

Yesterday I attended the Michael King London Kickstart Workshop which Michael King who studied under Pilates elder Romana Kryzanowksa at the original New York Pilates Studio. Feeling inspired with lots of new ideas for a range of populations from Pilates with the ball to seated Pilates. Looking forward to applying this to classes this week!
